By using our website, purchasing items from our showroom, or engaging our interior design services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. General Overview & Acceptance
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, purchasing goods from our showroom in Basalt, CO, or signing a proposal/contract for interior design services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Interior Design Services
- Scope of Work: All interior design services provided by Zoe Callahan Interior Design / Maison will be outlined in a separate, formal Design Services Agreement or Project Proposal. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and your specific Design Services Agreement, the signed agreement will govern.
- Consultation & Quotes: Submitting a contact form or project inquiry through our website does not create a binding contract for design services. Design engagements begin only upon execution of a formal agreement and payment of any required initial retainer.
- Sourcing & Lead Times: Custom furnishings, vintage items, and trade-only products sourced by Maison are subject to third-party vendor availability and shipping schedules. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are subject to vendor or logistics delays beyond our control.
3. Retail Showroom & Product Purchases
- Item Descriptions & Authenticity: We curate unique, vintage, antique, and artisan-made goods. Due to the natural materials and handcrafted or antique nature of many items in our Basalt showroom, variations in color, texture, finish, and wear are intentional characteristics and not defects.
- Pricing & Availability: Prices and inventory in our showroom and on our website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
Return Policy:
- In-Store Purchases: Sales on antique, vintage, custom, or marked “Final Sale” items are non-refundable. Standard boutique items returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt may be eligible for store credit or exchange, provided items are unused and in original condition.
- Custom & Special Orders: Custom furniture, cut yardage, custom soft goods, and specially ordered items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to design copy, imagery, photography, logos, room layouts, project portfolios, and branding elements—is the exclusive intellectual property of Maison and Zoe Callahan Interior Design. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any website content for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Maison.

- Accuracy of Details: When submitting information through our website contact forms, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information.

- Minor natural variations in color, grain, or finish of physical products or antique decor.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Eagle County or Pitkin County, Colorado.
